Behavior & Midos

Catch the good.
Points, midos, mivtzas — in one model.

Define what your school rewards, set the values, and let teachers award in a tap. Students see their own progress; the classroom display turns the leaderboard into a living wall.

How it works

A reward system the school owns.

Models

Build your own model

Each school defines its own behaviors and point values — midos tovos, Darchie Noam, a custom Mivtza. Start from a template or from scratch.

Award

One-tap awarding

Teachers award single students or the whole class at once. Quick entry on phone or desktop, with notes.

Prizes

Prize store & milestones

Students redeem points in the school’s own prize store. Set milestones for certificates or trips.

Display

Classroom display mode

Push the leaderboard fullscreen onto a classroom TV or projector. Privacy controls hide individual ranks when you need.

Student

Student self-view

Students see their own points and progress toward milestones from their dashboard. Self-submit can be enabled with teacher approval.

Library

Shareable behavior models

Schools can share working behavior models so you don’t have to invent yours from scratch — import, tweak, and run.

Behavior models

One framework, every minhag.

Build your school’s middos system — points, levels, mivtzaim, behavior logs — without bending it into a generic SEL template.

Models

Custom behavior models

Define categories (tefilla, derech eretz, chazara). The model is yours — points, scales, weights and all.

Award

Whole-class at once

Award one student, a row, or the whole class in a single tap. Audit trail, parents see same day.

Leaderboard

TV-friendly leaderboards

Fullscreen leaderboards for classroom screens. Privacy toggles for bottom-rank handling.

Logs

Incident logs, not gossip

Confidential rebbe / menahel logs with categories — visible only to the right roles.

Per week, at a glance

The weekly points sheet.

Every behavior model generates a points sheet per week. Teachers fill it in cell by cell or tap the whole column for “everyone gets a point.” The sheet saves as the class moves, so a sub can pick up the day’s sheet without setup.

Built for the wall

Leaderboards that belong on a classroom TV.

Press fullscreen and the board takes over the screen. Live updates, big type, no UI chrome. Privacy toggles let you show class totals without naming the bottom ranks if that’s how your school runs.
