AI in Chinuch App

Three modes of AI.
Each labeled. Each with limits.

Every AI feature belongs to exactly one mode. The mode decides who can use it, what it may produce, and who has the final say — always a person.

  • Teacher Copilot
    NeverPublishes on its own
  • Student Practice
NeverOpens a free chat or sets a grade
  • Administrative AI
    NeverDecides discipline, grades or placement

The modes

Pick the mode. Know the rules.

Mode 01

Teacher Copilot

Teachers and school staff
Covers
  • Planning
  • Differentiation
  • Communications
  • Resource creation
Rules
  • Staff accounts only.
  • Every output is a draft you edit.
  • Nothing reaches a student or family until a teacher sends it.
Inside this mode
  • Lesson plans and the Curriculum Playground
  • Assessments, question banks and model answers
  • Worksheets, slideshows, flashcards and images
  • Remediation packets and differentiated versions
  • Parent emails, letters and newsletters
Mode 02

Student Practice

Students, inside assigned activities
Covers
  • Practice activities
  • Feedback on practice work
Rules
  • Teacher-assigned: only inside activities a teacher set up, never an open chat.
  • Source-bound: works from the activity’s own text and answer key, not the open web.
  • Age-controlled: written for the student’s age band, with child-safety rules that cannot be switched off.
  • Feedback, not grades: a teacher confirms every score.
Inside this mode
  • Kriah Quest handwriting feedback
  • Kesiva letter practice
Mode 03

Administrative AI

School leaders and staff
Covers
  • Reports and records
  • Grading support
  • Behavior documentation
  • Enrollment and placement support
  • Insights
Rules
  • Recommendations only.
  • Never makes a discipline, grading, or placement decision.
  • A person approves every output, and every assistant action waits for an explicit confirm.
Inside this mode
  • Report-card, BOE and end-of-year narrative drafts
  • Behavior-log drafts from a teacher’s voice note
  • Scoring suggestions on scanned and open-ended work
  • Hearing-report edit proposals
  • Parent-message triage and school insights
