At the bottom of the page is a checklist that guides students through repeated review and testing: 1. Initial test: The student is tested after first learning the Mishnah. 2. חזרה 1: The student reviews the Mishnah a first time and is tested again. 3. חזרה 2: The student completes a second review and another test. 4. חזרה 3: The student completes a third review and is tested again. 5. Review the entire perek: After completing the individual Mishnayos, the student reviews the complete perek and takes a final test. 6. Become a tester: Once the student demonstrates mastery, he can become a tester and test other students. This system builds mastery through spaced review, repeated testing, and student responsibility.
This is a simple, straightforward Mishnayos Sukka curriculum built around a student workbook.
For each Mishnah, students write in the translation and complete different activities either with a chavrusa or together in class. At the bottom of each section is a chavrusa checklist. The boys divide into their assigned chavrusas, learn the material together, and use the checklist to track their progress.
