Based on the story The Fire Horn, students discover that the shofar is more than a sound—it is a call to wake up and act.
Students create a card featuring a pop-up shofar inside, together with the message:
“The shofar is a call to wake up. But hearing the call is not enough. We have to act.”
The activity combines storytelling, creativity and meaningful Rosh Hashanah reflection in a project students can take home and share with their families.
The resource includes both full-colour and black-and-white versions, allowing you to choose between a ready-to-use craft or a version students can colour themselves.
